HELEN PURKINS, of Lethbridge, passed away tragically at the age of 48 years.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Basil’s Catholic Church on Monday January 17th, 2022 at 11:00 A.M with Father Kevin Tumback Celebrating.

Interment to follow at Royal View Cemetery.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, attendance will be limited to 50 guests at a time. Kindly RSVP your attendance to Cornerstone at 403-381-7777 or care@cornerstonefh.ca. Facemasks are mandatory and will be available upon entry.
