Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on Sunday, October 17, 2021, Peter Southam Ousey of London at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband for 44 years of Joan Ousey of London. Loved by his mother Marion Ousey. Cherished brother of Jo and Ken Agnew and Sandy Ousey. Dear brother-in-law of Judy Ashton and Paul McDermott. Loved by his niece Jacinda Martin and her husband Sam DiMartino and his nephew Jason Agnew and husband Miguel Mercado. Dearly loved by his mother-in-law Muriel Boyd. He will be greatly missed by many, many friends, and co-workers. Predeceased by his father, Ernie.
His passion in life was spending time with his wife, Joan, and golfing. His hobby was building model cars. Peter enjoyed his position with CTV London (CFPL-TV) for over 42 years because of the employee family and the chance to work with a diverse group of people in the community.
At Peter’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation 47 Squire Baker’s Lane, Markham, Ontario L3P 3G8 gratefully acknowledged.
