Obituary for Peter Storr
It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Peter Storr at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario, on April 28, 2021, at the age of 77. Leaving behind his loving wife Charlotte of 27 years. Dear father of Robert (Donna), Peter Jr – d.2015 (Kelly), Anastasia (Rory), and stepfather to Jeff (Mandy), Jim (Sandy), and Sandie (Alfredo). Cherished Grandpa to many grandkids. Loving brother of John (Marie – d.2020), Anne (Fred – d.2016), Michael (Gail), David (Lynn) and Kevin – d.2020. Peter was known as the funny uncle to many nieces and nephews. Peter retired after a 30-year career at Dofasco and he enjoyed being a member of the Hamilton Gun Club and spending time doing genealogy. The family thanks the ICU staff for their compassionate care. In view of current COVID-19 restrictions, the family will have a private service, with hopes of hosting a larger celebration of his life when it is safe to do so.
