Peter George Christou April 12 1933 November 5 2021

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our father, Peter Christou,
who passed away after a long struggle with his health on November 5, 2021, at
Burnaby General Hospital.
Dad was tremendously loved and will be missed by his
wife of 66 years, Theodora. They met in Athens and quickly fell in love and
started their family
Later in 1971, we immigrated to Canada all together to start a new chapter in
our lives. He worked many jobs, went to school, and once again he started
working in the electrical field to provide for his family. In our eyes, he was the
greatest teacher we have ever had. We truly have been blessed to call him
Baba (Pops).
He also will be missed by his devoted sons George (Mary), Kirk (Celeste), Jim
(Cindy), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren which he deeply loved.
Dad leaves his brother Jim, sister Dimitria and many nieces and nephews, all of
whom he cherished.
Dad was a loving, giving, humorous and at times a stubborn Greek. His love for
life and especially his dedication to his family was evident to everybody. He
enjoyed traveling back to his homeland throughout the years. We know Dad is
watching over us from above and we will always treasure the memories we made
with him.
We would like to thank all our family and friends for giving us comforting
words of condolences.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke
Foundation of BC & Yukon.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Peter George Christou April 12 1933 November 5 2021..
