Peter Carl Shipclark 1942 –

Peter Carl Shipclark passed away on November 8th 2021, surrounded by the love of his family. Amongst them, his wife Diane of 56 years, daughters Charlene and Marnee, Charlene’s husband Robert, grandsons Mackenzie (Shantelle) and Kennedy (Odessa), as well as his brother David and sister-in-law Elaine. Pete had the joy of knowing his great grandchildren Roselee and Jacob. He is also survived by younger brother Ian and many nieces and nephews.
Peter worked for the Canadian Telephone Company for his entire career where he made numerous life long friends. His retirement was spent at their lake side cabin, one of his favourite places to be. During this time he was able to enjoy his hobbies as an avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing. He shared his love of the outdoors with his daughters, grandsons, and anyone who wanted to learn.
For the past year Peter was taken care of by an amazing group of care workers and the caring Doctors at the North Shuswap Health Centre.
Donations can be made in his name to the North Shuswap Health Centre.
