Obituary
LAWSON, Peter (89) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, with family by his side. He is survived by beloved wife Bonnie, daughter Lorraine (Richard), step-daughter Lisa (Cliff), and 3 step-grandchildren, Rae-el (Triston), Nicole (Sebastian), and Andrew. He will be missed by nieces Catherine Laurenson, Joan Rolo and the rest of his Scottish family in Aberdeen, Scotland. While it is impossible to sum up an individuals life in a few words, Peter should be remembered as a Korean war veteran serving with the RAF, plant manager for Libby Owens Ford in Collingwood, a great lover of animals, and even Cowboy of the Year.
Peters ashes will make the journey home to Scotland to be scattered next to his family. As per his wishes, no funeral will be held. In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests that you do something nice for someone else, unexpectedly and without explanation.
