Peter »Soon» Simon, 73, of Bouctouche Reserve, passed away
peacefully, surrounded by his loves ones, at home on Friday June 11,
2021. He was married to the late Peggy Lewis (2014). Born in Island
Falls, ME, he was the son of the late Peter and the late Alice
(Sanipass) Simon.
He will be sadly missed by his three children; Lisa Peralta (Orelvi)
of Sackville, Shelley Simon LeBlanc (Denis) and Adam «Chum»
Simon (Donna) of Bouctouche Reserve, his eleven grandchildren;
Matthew, Peter, Sabrina, Sara, Andrew, Hunter, Colton, Austin, Logan,
Adrian, Cody and four great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn
his special friend; Kathy Estabrooks, his two sisters; Annie Jane
MacDonald, Ann Mary Steele (Dave) of Bouctouche Reserve, two brothers;
Wilfred «Frog» Simon (Evelyn), Bryan Simon (Mariah) of
Bouctouche Reserve as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one grandson; Aaron Cormier Simon (2013) and one
brother Vaughn «PI» Simon (2020).
Visitations will be held at the Bouctouche Reserve Chapel from Sunday
June 13, 2021 at noon until the time of funeral. A funeral Service
will be celebrated at the Bouctouche Reserve Chapel on Monday June 14,
2021 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in the Bouctouche Reserve
Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
