Obituary of Paul Travis
Peacefully at home on September 17th, 2021 in his 60th year. Paul leaves behind his loving partner, Janet Mosier, his son Gordon Sobczak (Jill), Janet’s children Kristi Stead (Ryan) and Steven Mosier.
He was a proud Papa Paul to Ellie Mosier, Leah, Brooke, Allie and Ollie Stead. He will be missed by his sister and brother-in-law, Joan & Bryan Coleshill and their children, Stacey, Elliot and Melanie and their families.
He will also be missed by Janet’s family, his mother-in-law Mary LaHaise, brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeff, John (Sheri), Kim and Deanna (Rob) and their families.
Paul was fortunate over the years to develop many lasting friendships and treasured those dearly. He had a big heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand when he could. He was a man of many talents, a diamond in the rough.
We are grateful for all the loving care and support from all the nurses at the Smiths Falls Dialysis Unit, particularly Darlene and Shelley among others, the PSW’s at Bayshore (Pam, Cindy and Pauline) and the nurses at Saint Elizabeth (Cheryl and Jada) over the past many years.
A celebration of Paul’s life is being planned and will be held at a later date. In memory of Paul, contributions to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Paul
