Obituary of Pauline Stoski
Pauline Stoski, a resident of Pouce Coupe, BC passed away at the age of 82 years, on February 7, 2021 in Dawson Creek BC at the Rotary Manor Retirement Care Home.
Pauline Stoski was born to Steve and Katie Tureski on November 28, 1938 in Sturgis, Saskatchewan. Pauline was the 2nd oldest of 10 children. She was predeceased by her parents Steve and Katie Tureski, and siblings Peter and Marie; and survived by sisters Rosemarie, Ethel, Lillian, Carol, and Eileen; brothers William and Harry; and numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
Pauline Stoski was predeceased by her husband Edward of 59 years. Pauline is survived by her 4 children Sharon (Brad) Dundas, Bernard (Tannis) Stoski, Susan (Kevin) Tobler, Shannon (Eldon) Weaver, as well as her grandsons Joshua, Eric, Jackson, Jameson, Bradon, Seth, and Nathaniel, and her granddaughter Michaela.
Pauline treasured her children and grandchildren, whether it be as a cheerleader, or to just exclaim to all how proud she was to be their Mom and Baba.
Pauline had a passion for bowling, cooking, and family. She loved visiting the ocean, if only to sit on a log, and watch the waves for hours. She passed on to her children a love and fondness for all animals, big and small.
Pauline (Mom, Baba) will be greatly missed by family and friends who knew and loved her. Memorial and Interment services will be scheduled for a later date. The family is especially grateful to the staff at Rotary Manor for their care and dedication given to Pauline during her stay with them.
