It is with deep sadness that the family of the late PAULINE M. BRAKE of Marystown announces her passing. Pauline passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 at the age of 63.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her partner, Reuben Beazley of 20 years; daughter, Amanda Pardy (Jason) of Gould’s; son, David Hanrahan of Whitecourt, AB; 3 grandchildren, Zachary, Liberty and Charlie; brothers, Ivan Brake, Leo Brake and Joe Brake (Bernadette) all of Marystown; best friend, Bertha Withers of Marystown; plus a large circle of family and friends.
Pauline was predeceased by her son, Charlie Hanrahan; parents, Paul & Margaret Brake; sister, Annie Brake; and brothers, Paul, Robert and Johnny Brake.
In following Pauline’s wishes cremation has taken place.
The Brake Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on Monday, September 27th from 2pm – 4pm & 7pm – 9pm.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions this will be a walk through visitation. Everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the building and masks are required. Please note that there is no food permitted in the funeral home.
At the family’s request, in-lieu of flowers donations may be made by electronic transfer to payments@wisemansfh.ca or in person to assist the family with funeral expenses.
