It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear loved one Paul – 82 years old.
Paul was born in Laniciw, Sask in 1938. He grew up in Birch Hills, Sask and married the love of his life Shirley on November 9, 1957. They were married for 63 wonderful years.
Paul was a kind man with a heart of gold and a good sense of humor. He was well known in the city as a tile setter, teaching the trade to many over the years.
Baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses on August 14, 1954, remained faithful to his God Jehovah. Paul shared his Bible-based beliefs with young and old. He believed strongly in the hope of the resurrection to a paradise earth, healthy and strong (John 5:28,29).
Paul is survived by his wife Shirley; daughter Sandra (Mike), Victoria, B.C.; grandsons Trevor (Brenna), Jason; great-grandson Darius; brothers Joe (Cecilia), Prince Albert, SK; Julian (Madeline), Cameroon, Africa; sister Iris (John) & family, Cornwall, Ontario.
He was predeceased by daughter Sherri; grandson Glen; parents Harry and Katherine Kissel.
