It is with broken hearts the family of Patrick Michael Kilfoy, announces his unexpected passing which occurred on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
Born in Lunenburg, NS he is the son of Cecil “Paddy” and Angela Kilfoy.
Patrick started working with Atlantic Towing Ltd. Tugboats in 2006 and was presently working for Irving Oil Ltd. Canaport Offshore, since September 2013, and he had a great offshore working team(family). He was full of life, lit up the room and would make you smile with his larger-than-life personality. He loved the outdoors especially 4 Wheeling. Patrick enjoyed working and spending time in his garage where he loved to entertain gatherings with family and friends and having barbeques. If his garage door was open, his friends knew to come on in. Patrick was always known to step up to help anyone he knew.
Patrick was a generous and compassionate person; he truly left a place in everyone’s life. A laugh that was heard for miles. Patrick had a big heart, making people laugh and loved his family.
In addition to his loving and devoted parents Paddy and Angie, he is survived by his precious daughter Penny and always referring her as his “Lucky Penny”, whom he loved with all his heart and was his world; paternal grandparents Cecil Kilfoy and Betty (Aulenback) Kilfoy; aunts Jesalene Kilfoy, Ann Enslow and Sherry Acker (Lindsay); cousins Dennis Wagner, Zach Wagner, Crystal Enslow, Garrett Acker, Sonya Mailman; extended family in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Calgary and many friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Richard and Beverley (Woodworth) Enslow.
A graveside service will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg, NS, on Wednesday, November 10 at 2 p.m. In memory of Patrick donations may be made to a trust fund for his daughter Penny.
Due to COVID-19 health measures all those attending the graveside service will be required to wear masks and show proof of vaccination.

So sorry to hear this. My grandson Jordan soucy constantly spok3 of Patrick as the nicest person he has ever know. To know him was to love him. My son in law ian and daughter leanne confirmed this as well. He will be so missed. If you need someone just to talk to I will be here for you during this painful time. I just live a minute away.
