December 1, 2021

MacIsaac, Patricia Dawn, “Trisha”, 43 – With heavy hearts, Trisha’s family announces her passing on December 1st, 2021. Born to the late Lloyd and Mary Ellen (McDonell) MacIsaac, she was the valedictorian for her graduating class of Eastern Shore District High. Trisha earned her Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary’s University; majoring in Biology. She obtained her Occupational Health and Safety diploma from NSCC’s Institute of Technology Campus, where she was valedictorian of the graduating class. Her career was a true reflection of her passions for the environment and occupational health and safety. Along with her mother, Trisha is survived by siblings Joey (Daneen), Sheet Harbour, Colleen, Lake Echo, and Donnie (Kristy), Dartmouth. Her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends will also miss Trisha. Memories of her vibrant smile and infectious laughter will be treasured by all in the years to come. Trisha dreamed big and had a heart that loved just as largely. Details for funeral and burial to follow. If desired, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Adsum House, or the Elizabeth Fry Society. “I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean, whenever one door closes I hope one more opens, promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance, and when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance.”
