Patricia Eleanor Kathleen Irwin passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday December 20, 2021 in her 92 year. Loving mother to Gordan and his wife Carina of Sweden and Douglas Irwin of Woodbridge. Dear grandmother of Caroline. Cousin to Bob & Margaret Howey, Hugh & Mabel Howey and Bill Howey. Predeceased by her husband David (2005).
Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or Multiple Sclerosis are appreciated by the family and may be done by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home (519) 842-5221 who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
