Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Thursday September 16, 2021, at the age of 76. Tom is predeceased by his cherished wife, Soili (2007). Tom will be dearly missed by his brother, Richard Ostrowski, along with his wife, Helen. Predeceased by his parents, Tony and Sonia, and brother, Tony. Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, cousins, best friends and family overseas. A private family inurnment will take place at Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Windsor. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tom are asked to consider a charity of choice.
