Obituary of Norma Horeth
Horeth, Norma Jean of Eden passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Thursday, December 31, 2020 in her 81st year. Beloved partner of the late Harold Rodgers(2013). Loving mother of Linda Horeth(late Nathan Halyk) of Tillsonburg, Laurie Houghton(John) of Belmont and Carol Aspden of Aylmer. Proud grandmother of Kyle, Amanda, Brandy and great-grandmother of Max. Dear sister of Mary Frew(Jim) of Alberta and Cathy Ker(late Bob) of Aylmer. Sadly missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Tillsonburg on February 5, 1940, daughter of the late Cyril and Lavenia (Hodgkin) Jukes. She worked for a number of years at Imperial Tobacco and retired from the Ontario Police College Food Services. Norma Jean lived 40 plus years at Red Oak Travel Park where she enjoyed having tea and visiting with her wonderful neighbours. A private family funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. and will be available through livestream. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends and family who wish to attend the visitation on Sunday, January 3 starting at 11:00 a.m. at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home can call the funeral home at (519 773 8400) to register (masks required). Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Donations to Diabetes Canada or CNIB Guide Dogs would be appreciated.
