Obituary of Noreen Phillips
Phillips, Noreen of Aylmer passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in her 74th year. Wife of the late Cecil Phillips and friend of the late Bob Morris. Dear mother of Stephanie Haas(Mike) of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Benjamin. Sister of Norm Barr(Sinni) of Aylmer. She will be missed by her dear friend Shirley Fallowfield. Born on November 1, 1947, daughter of the late Doug and Lena(Webber) Barr. With her close friend, Shirley Fallowfield, Noreen was owner and operator of McTaggart, Armstrong, Dewar and Owen Insurance Ltd. for many years. A funeral service will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation an hour prior (Masks required). Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
