Passed away peacefully on Thursday May 6, 2021 at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood at the age of 94. Myrna of Wasaga Beach, beloved wife of the late Albert. Loving mother of Douglas (Doug) Booth (deceased) and Lucinda (Cindy) Lee Booth-Ford (Dave Ford). Cherished grandmother of Jonathan Cody Ford (Kelly Helsdon), Allison Jenna Booth Ford, Alanna Nicole Booth (Logan Paupst), Caylyn Elyse Booth, Ayslynn Cassandra Booth, Alyssa Janelle Booth and Shanna Leigh Booth (Max Pilon) and great grandmother of Tessa and Adaline. Myrna’s family are grateful to all those who cared for her during her brief illness and special thanks to Dr Coulson, her office staff, Dr Boyd and their colleagues, the incredible people at Campbell House and the nurses and PSWs who came to her home, CCAC and the LIN. If desired, a donation to Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation for Campbell House, the Liver Foundation or the Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by Myrna’s family.
