It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Murray Tottle on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Loving husband for 59 years of Patricia, father of Ronald, Brad (Virginia) and Lisa (Michael Iannizzi), grandfather of Peyton, Stephen, Michael, Emma, Kendon, Joshua and Abby. Also survived by brothers Frank (Marcia) and Neil, brother-in-law Charles VanSickle, sister-in-law Donna Brown, as well as other family and friends.
Murray was predeceased by his sister Shirley VanSickle, brother Rodger and niece Karen Marion.
Murray was a member of the Brantford Fire Department for 30 years. He was a longtime member of the St. George Lion’s Club. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunting and fishing. He loved his hockey and golf. He enjoyed his coffee with the guys.
The family would like to thank the Brantford General Hospital ICU staff for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 2 – 4:00pm and 6 – 8:00pm at Toll Funeral Home, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:00am at the St. George Arena 7 Gaukel Drive, St. George.
Donations in Murray’s memory may be made to the St. George Lion’s Club or the St. George Women’s Institute.
