Peacefully in his sleep on Saturday December 18, 2021 Michele Paino in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Maria Rosa Paino for 61 years. Loving father of Lucy Huizenga (Derrick), Tony Paino (Dawn), Angelo Paino (Carol), and Joseph Paino (Lana). Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Christina, Aaron, Michael, Matthew (Sarah), Angela (Colton), Laura (Luay) and Katie (Cristien). Michele is predeceased by his parents Giuseppe and Angela Paino, brother Bart and sisters Francesca, Jenny and Rosaria. Michele is survived by his brother Tony. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday, December 22. 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Thursday December 23rd at 10 o’clock. Private family entombment at Holy Family Mausoleum – St. Peter’s Cemetery. As per the family’s request all attendees must be double vaccinated. Proof of double vaccination and ID will be required prior to entry. Registration is required.
