Obituary of Michael Watkins
WATKINS- Michael Paul of St. Thomas and formerly of Wales, passed away at the London Health Sciences Centre- University Campus, with his family by his side at the age of 65. Michael is survived by his loving children Emma (Paul) Tucker of St. Thomas, Kellie Watkins of England and Elliott (Tawny) Watkins of England; his grandchildren Hannah and Ryan Tucker, Ethan Watkins and Aliyah Orchard, and Naomi, Toby and Florence Watkins; his mother Myrtle Watkins; his siblings Ann (Mike) Bullock and Andrew (Yvonne) Watkins; and by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father David Watkins. Michael was born, raised and worked in Wales. He recently moved to Canada and worked for London Major Appliances as a technician. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 7:00-9:00 pm. A memorial service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
