NASSIF, Michael
It is with broken hearts, we announce the passing of our husband, father, and brother, Michael Nassif on Friday, May 28, 2021. Beloved husband of Debbie. Loving father of Noah (Genevieve) and Evan. Dear brother of Zena Iles (Tim), Suham Doey (Dave), Odette King (Paul), Colette Ciliska (Brian), Rechel Crosby (Wade) and the late Frederick Jr. (1974). Cherished uncle of Hannah (Andy), Andrew, Adrian and Aiden Iles, Gabrielle Doey, Owen and Ian King, Matthew and Ryan Ciliska, Kieran and Liam Crosby. Dear son of the late Sadie (2008) and the late Fred (2014).
In 1993, Michael took over the trucking company that his father started – known as F.M. Nassif Ltd. Over the years, he grew the company to be a well-known name throughout the Leamington-Toronto-Montreal produce shipping corridor. Michael’s passion was creating long-standing friendships with everyone he came in contact with. His personal dictionary was his most prolific tool and he always added unforgettable commentary which will live on in our hearts. We would like to thank everyone from near and far who came through our home in Michael’s final days to share their stories, laughter and love with all of us.
A special thanks to Erie Shores Hospice and the Victorian Order of Nurses for their support.
