Obituary
Bilodeau, Michael – As a result of a motorcycle accident on Sunday May 16th, 2021; Michael passed away at Health Sciences North on Friday May 21st, 2021 at the age of 62.
Predeceased by his parents Marie Asselin (2010) and Roland Asselin (2020) and his brother Roger Bilodeau (1979). Beloved brother of Jerry Bilodeau, Lawrence Asselin (Helen), Rolande Whitehead (Bruce) and Steve Asselin (Stephanie). Father of Jason Hill and grandfather to 5 grandchildren. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and by his special friend Katrina Paradis.
Michael was a man with a big heart. Anyone who had the privilege to have known him would agree. Michael worked in construction as a drywall installer and was part of the Carpenter’s Union since 1979. He will be greatly missed by his many friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the bystanders who stopped and helped render first aid and CPR to Michael and to the North Bay EMT and OPP for their assistance. As per Michael’s request, there will be no visitation or service.
Keeping with Michael’s love of animals, donations in his memory can be made to the North Bay Humane Society or to the All Heart Pet Rescue (cheques only).
