It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our kind and beloved matriarch May Siu Mui Lam of Edmonton, formerly of Hong Kong, on November 18, 2021 at the age of 91 years.
Survived by her husband, Tong Cheok; son, Wilson (Anna-Marie) of Edmonton, AB; her daughter, Vivian of Calgary, AB; godson, Kwok Hon of Edmonton, AB; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, her sister, Maisie Chan of Edmonton, AB; nephew, Eric, great niece, great nephew, and great-great nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Chow Kwok Ying and Cheng Yat Leung.
A private funeral service will be held on November 25, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB.
Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (along with valid ID for those 18 years and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
