Mavis Ella MacDonald (nee Hannah) passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday Dec 18th, 2021at the age of 90. Daughter of the late Hedley & Elsie Hannah (nee Carr). Beloved wife of the late Gary Leory MacDonald of Point Anne. Dear mother of Robert(Sheila) of Point Anne, Jan (Gwen) of Corbyville, predeceased by her daughter Darlene and Son Jeffery. Devoted grandmother of Darlene, Stephanie & Sarah and great grandmother of Aurora, Avery, Axton, Cameron, Chase & Lydia. Mavis is survived by her sister Joan Jago, predeceased by sisters Gladys Berry, Joyce Bennett, and brothers Donald, Phil, Keith, Elmer, Ralph, & Paul. Keeping with Mavis’s wishes her cremation has taken place in the care of Quinte Cremation Services, and a private burial will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
