Obituary for
Marylou Raymond
It is with great sadness that we announce Marylou’s passing at the Golden Manor on Friday, December 24, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Beloved sister of Louis (Wanda) Raymond. Loving aunt and great-aunt of Barb, Hannu and Jon Pietila, Cathy, Guy, Alain and Melissa Levasseur, Marilyn, Keith, Nathan and Alysha Saari, Derek, Josee, Courtney and Jordan Raymond. Marylou is predeceased by her parents Mary and Louis Raymond, her brother Marty (Oct 2021) and her sister-in-law Sylvia Raymond. She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Bridget (Darcy) Davidson, Wendy (Gilles) Gelinas, Reid (Lucie) Raymond, Murray (Angie) Raymond and Mardi (George) Bellemare and their families.
Marylou was always happy and smiling and loved by so many. She worked for many years at the Vic Mahoney Centre but was most proud of her volunteer job at the Giant Tiger in the Porcupine Mall. She also loved participating in the Special Olympics events and the numerous activities at the Golden Manor.
The family would like to extend their sincerest thanks and appreciation to all staff at the Golden Manor who took such excellent care of her.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Special Olympics or the Golden Manor would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Marylou
