Obituary of Mary Galbraith
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Louise Galbraith announces her passing, which occurred on Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Church of St. John & St. Stephen Home Inc. Mary was exceptionally kind, talented, creative, and loving. She was born in Saint John on February 17, 1941, a daughter of the late Andrew and Linda (Brown) Fynn.
Mary will be missed by her siblings: Cathy Fynn, Elizabeth Durant (Trevor), Joy O’Brien (Mike), Calvin Fynn (Trish), Glenn Fynn (Donna), Jack Fynn and Kenneth Fynn (Joyce); her children Loretta Kent-Field and Peter Kent; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her first husband, Paul Kent; her second husband, Neil Galbraith; and a brother Fred Fynn.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Due to current public health restrictions, a graveside service will be held at Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date.
