Morrison, Mary Louise (nee Leal) –
Passed away peacefully at Sunset Manor Long Term Care on Thursday November 4, 2021 at the age of 96. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband of James Henry Morrison (2008). Born in Collingwood and remained in Collingwood her entire life. Daughter of the late Percy Leal and Eliza Lowry. Mary was the last surviving member of her eight siblings. Loving mother of Cindy Morrison. She will be missed by her grand dog Bently. Predeceased by her parents, her sisters and brothers Margaret Gordon (Hugh), Charlotte Haynes (Ernie), Alice Plater (Harold), Doris Wheeler (Ed), Alfred Leal (Donalda), Harry Leal (Florence), Fred Leal (Viva) and Robert Leal (Gladys). Mary enjoyed square dancing and round dancing. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, Collingwood. A private graveside interment will take place at Westmount Baptist Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances of Mary may be made to Georgian Triangle Humane Society would be appreciated by her family.
