It is with deep sadness that the family of the late MARY ANN BARRY of Jean de Baie announces her passing. Mary Ann passed away at her home in Jean de Baie on Monday, October 11th, 2021 at the age of 65.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her partner, Tom Hardy; sisters, Agatha Walsh (Ralph) of Marystown, Philomena Rowlands (Phonse) of Jean de Baie, Barbara Butler (Patrick) of Jean de Baie, and Alice Hannam (Richard) of Jean de Baie; brothers, Martin Hannam (Isabelle) of Marystown, Thomas Hannam (Tracey) of Jean de Baie, Frank Hannam of Jean de Baie, Rick Hannam of Jean de Baie, and Eddy Hannam (Michelle) of Jean de Baie; plus a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Mary Ann was predeceased by her daughter, Theresa Barry; son, Darren Barry; parents, Thomas & Mary Hannam; and brother, Harold Hannam.
The Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on Wednesday, October 13th from 10am – 12pm; 2pm – 4pm & 7pm – 9pm; and Thursday, October 14th from 10am – 12pm.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions this will be a walk through visitation. Everyone is asked to sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering the building and masks are required. Please note that there is no food permitted in the funeral home.
Funeral Mass will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Thursday, October 14th, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Star of The Sea Roman Catholic Cemetery, Jean de Baie.
