Obituary for Marvin William Sagar
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing our Dad. Dad leaves behind his sons Randy (Val), Larry (Marsha), Murray (Teresa), and Brian (Judy), his grandchildren Shauna, Shelby, Eric, Evan, Tyler, Taylor, and Joseph, and great-grandchildren Jacee and Zoie.
Dad was a proud member of the original Dundas Police Force, the Hamilton Police Force, the Hamilton Wentworth Police Chorus, and a longtime member of the Hamilton Air Force Association. Involved in many charitable and community organizations, he was a man who always gave, but never asked for anything in return.
An angel while here, God has given you new wings as you arrive to your new home.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marvin’s life to be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Hamilton Air Force Association, 128 King St E Dundas ON, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by Marvin and his family.

With heartbreaking sorrow, we announce the passing of Marvin William Sagar on September 11, 2021, three days before his 92nd birthday.
Left to deeply mourn Marv are his beloved Mary Farlam, mother of sons Michael (Gladis), Stuart and his son Jonathan (Jennifer), and the late Christopher Happy. Marv was always loved and loving.
Marv will be remembered as a kind and gentle man, a Hamilton/Wentworth Police Officer, a member of the Hamilton Police Chorus, and a member of the Hamilton Air Force Association.
In lieu of flowers, Marv would have preferred donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
