On June 18, 2021, Mrs. Marlene Cardinal of Saddle Lake, formerly of Moose Mountain, passed away at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Clifford William Cardinal; 5 daughters & 1 son, Morgana Lynn, Sharmayne Ivory (Carlos), Lenore Mary, Lacey Irene (Ethert), Riel Clifford Adrian & Jacinta Jenna Rose (Dallas Crane); 19 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Eddie (Shelley) Poitras, Marjorie Shirt, Gerald (Dorothy) Poitras, Florence (Frank) Large, Roland Poitras (Grace Mercier), Richard (Penny) Poitras & Adrian Poitras (Lorraine Morin); mother-in-law, Irene A. Cardinal; numerous nieces & nephews. Marlene was predeceased by her parents, Lloyd & Mary Poitras; 2 sisters, Theresa Whiskeyjack & Livina Poitras; 2 brothers, Norman & Homer; 2 grandchildren, Lynacy & Elita; father-in-law, Raymond William Cardinal; niece, Rose Poitras. A Private Wake & Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Clifford W. Cardinal’s Residence, Saddle Lake.
