Marjorie passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, on October 30, 2021 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her parents Carmel and Marjorie Euphemia James (nee Beaton), husband Gilbert Simser, and her brothers Keith and Roydon James. Loving and loved mother of David, Douglas, Daniel (Maureen), Donald (Monica). Lovingly remembered by her granddaughters Caitlin, Jayme, Ann, Tara, Debbie and great-grandson Jamal. Predeceased by her granddaughter Lisa. Born in Ottawa, Marjorie served with the Children’s Aid Society for many years. She will be remembered for her deep Christian faith and trust in God. Donations in memory of Marjorie to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family will be holding a private graveside service.
