Obituary for Marjorie ‘Maggie’ Martin
Marjorie Martin passed peacefully surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer on February 27, 2021 at the age of 70. Maggie was a resident of London, formerly of Calgary and Wallaceburg. She is survived by her children Angela (Matt) Ellis, Crystal (Blake) Dionne and Tyler (Victoria) Jessenberger. Cherished grandma to Tim, Krislyn, Gunner, Coy, River and great grandchildren Tristan and Taylyn. Daughter of the late Frank and Leita Martin and survived by her sister Betty (Bill) Innis as well as her nieces and nephews. Sadly missed by her partner Michael Reed. Maggie will always be remembered by the many people she met through her years living in Wallaceburg, Calgary and London, especially those from her crafting world of craft shows and her well known “Funny Crafts”. Arrangements have been entrusted HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Riverview Cemetery. If desired, donations in her memory to the Ronald McDonald House Foundation may be left at the funeral home 519.627.3231.
