Peacefully in her 97th year, on April 6, 2021. Predeceased by her loving husband, John, parents, Edward & Elizabeth Burke, sister, Dorothy (Bob) Archer, brother Edmund (Sylvia) Burke and nephew, Doug Archer. Survived by her nieces & nephews, Bob Archer, Brian (Sharon) Archer, Jayne (Doug) Townson, Bill (Laura) Burke, Rick (Tracy) Burke, Carol Riddell and Nancy (Theo) Dykstra. Great Aunt to 15 & Great Great Aunt to 22. We are eternally grateful to the staff at Rvilla Retirement Home for their continued tender care of Marjorie. Life was not always easy during her stay, but through your compassion and support, Marjorie had a wonderful 5 years and made many new friends and reconnected with old friends. To the staff at CBI & palliative care, we cannot thank you enough for your care during her final weeks. As per Aunt Marj’s final wishes, cremation has taken place. Please consider making a donation in memory of Marjorie, to the MacNab Street Presbyterian Church, or a charity of your choice.
