Peacefully at the Ottawa Heart Institute, on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Marilyn Hoy of Cardinal at the age of 82. Loving sister of Ted Hoy (Bonnie and sister-in-law of Diana Hoy (Charlie Burrell) all of Cardinal. Beloved Aunt of Michael (Ann), Pete, Janet (Tim), Alison (Dan) Marty (Kerry) and great Aunt of Joel, Madison, Ava, Emma and Olivia. Predeceased by her parents George and Lil Hoy and her brother Jack.
Funeral Arrangements
A private graveside service will take place at St. Andrew`s and St. James Riverside Cemetery in Cardinal on Wednesday, October 27, 2021. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. If you are making your donation online or by cheque directly to the charity, please include the following note with your gift “please notify the family”. Arrangements are entrusted to the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Cardinal. Online condolences may be made at www.marsdenmclaughlin.com.
