It is with great sorrow that the Desormeaux family announces the death or their mother Marilyn Desormeaux. Proud great grandmother to Olivier, Riley, and Theodore. Marilyn was born and raised in Sudbury. She enjoyed her independence and her many hobbies. Marilyn loved playing card games, bingo, dancing, reading, and listening to her music. She particularly enjoyed Friday nights at the community centre listening to live bands. She was an avid gambler who loved going on trips with her friends. She also loved visiting her daughters and grandchildren in Ottawa. We will all cherish our sweet memories of Marilyn and the many laughs we had with her. As per her wishes, there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation.
