Krajcar, Marijan “Mario”
Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the age of 82. Predeceased by his parents Anton and Angela (nee Ribaric) Krajcar. Beloved husband of 54 years of Elda Krajcar (nee Cerovac). Loving father of Senia Krajcar and Dean Krajcar (Ann). Cherished Nonno of Matthew and Lauren. Mario will be missed by his brothers Bruno and Pino and their families. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends throughout Canada, the USA and Croatia. Mario was a retired 36 year employee of Dofasco. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing cards and Bocce. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 454 Highway #8 (east of Millen Road) STONEY CREEK (905-664-4222) on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier, Roman Catholic Church, 304 Highway #8, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. In accordance with provincial regulations, there is a limit to the number of visitors who may attend at one time. Please RSVP in advance for the visitation and funeral mass on Mario’s tribute page at www.smithsfh.com. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in his memory are asked to please consider Parkinson Canada.
