Margaret Tait Morgan Strachan Sunday October 17th 2021

Morgan, Margaret Tait (nee Strachan)
Born March 20, 1936 in Wallyford, Scotland. Died Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Welland Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Jim (2006) and their much loved son Brian Robert (1981).
Loving mother of Avril Morgan-Pare (Marc) and Lynne Boulet (Darrell).
Margaret and Jim emigrated to Canada in July of 1963, but she always held on strong to her Scottish heritage. She even wore a tartan kilt to her Canadian citizenship ceremony. Through Jim’s career in the travel industry, they were able to enjoy many trips with family around the world. Along the way they would meet friends who would become like family. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses who helped her throughout her life. A special thanks to the many friends of the family who have always been there whenever called upon.
Friends will be received by the family from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Wednesday, October 20th at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street, Fonthill. Masks are required to be worn. The funeral service will take place at Fonthill United Church, 42 Church Hill, Fonthill, on Thursday, October 21st beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Fonthill Cemetery.
