Margaret Marie Momney

Margaret Marie Momney, known by those who loved her as Marie, 87, died October 28, 2021, now dancing on the golden streets of heaven.
Marie was born October 23, 1934, in Wallaceburg, Ontario to Rolland and Margaret Churcott.
Marie had a passion for life, conversation, people, music, dancing, walking and shopping. Finding a good bargain always gave her joy! She was known for her sense of humor. We always had a couple of laughs being around her.
Marie was a loving, involved mother at boy scouts, brownies, baseball or the hockey rink.
Marie is preceded in death by her sister, Betty Anne Brice, brother, Billy John Churcott, sister, Dorothy Joanne Churcott, parents, Rolland and Margaret Churcott, and son, Michael Momney.
She is survived by her children Gregory Momney, Valerie (Mrs. George Oberdorf), Paul Momney, a daughter-in-law. Annette, (wife of the late Michael Momney).
Dear grandmother of Angela Momney, Nicolas Oberdorf, Monica Momney, Heather Wood and great grandmother of Nixen Oberdorf, Norah Wood, Sylis Oberdorf, and Elias Wood.
She is also survived by her children’s father Harvey Momney.
Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, on Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 1-2 pm with a service to follow..
