With great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Margaret Josephine Harte (Hogan), on April 2, 2021 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Born on August 16, 1934, she grew up in Scotchtown with her parents Julia Hogan and Charlie Smith (stepfather).
