DODGE, Margaret “Anne”
Passed away peacefully with the assistance of MAID at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Friday, July 2nd, 2021, at the age of 80. Predeceased by her husband Frank Dodge. Loving mother of Cheryl Smith (Edgar Dicks), Lori (Brent) Knudsen, the late Angela (d.1974), Phyllis (Michael) Stephenson, the late Teresa (d.1974), and Keiza Ross. Cherished Grandmother of Randy Smith, Jason (Mythily) Stephenson, Kyle Stephenson (Robyn Dalmus), Sarah Stephenson (Kris White), Kirsten Ross, and Allison Ross. Great-Grandmother of Arla and Iris Stephenson. Survived by her sisters Agnes Giles and Doris Allworth. Predeceased by her brothers Ross, Pete, and Rob; her sisters Amy Price, and Ruth Musgrave; and her parents Lulu and Louis Thurston. Also survived by her dear friend Paul Rousseau. Anne will be dearly missed by many other family and friends.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Anne’s Monday morning nurse, Keitha. Anne was a volunteer at the PRHC for 10 years and loved the outdoors, and gardening.
Due to COVID-19 a Private Celebration of Life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the funeral home or online.
