The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital
Charlottetown on Saturday January 23, 2021 of Mae E. MacLean formerly
of Kensington and North Freetown Road, Freetown
aged 86 years. Born in Charlottetown, July, 23,
1934, daughter of the late Stewart and Winnifred (Connolly) MacKinnon.
Wife of the late Gordon L. MacLean. Mother of Gordon MacLean.
Grandmother of Michelle (Wendell) LaBobe, Victor (Rishell) and Shaun
(Karrie). Great-Grandmother to Bradley, Kiara, Ty, Aiden, Kohen,
Tenley, Parker, Ella, Kenzie and Hallie.
Great-Great Grandmother to Carson and baby Kinsley. Also
survived by her best friend and cousin Freda MacKinnon. Predeceased by
her son Shane MacLean.
Resting at Davison Funeral Home Kensington. Due to
Covid 19 restrictions no Public visitation will be held. A private
family funeral service will be available to watch
online on the funeral home’s website after 2 p.m.
on Wednesday. Interment later in the
Highfield Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to Hospice
PEI or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
