SHELLEY, Mabel Marion –
Peacefully entered into rest at her home on Friday, November 26, 2021, Mabel Shelley (nee Bowers) of Picton died at the age of 76. She was the daughter of the late Wallace & Elrena Bowers (nee Potter) and the wife of the late Ken. Mabel was the loved mother of Rick of Picton, Ron (late Paula) of R R 1, Picton and Cheryl Shelley (Dan Sedore) of Picton and she was the granny of Samantha, Andrew, Laken, Shyanna, Megan, Natalie, and Danielle. Predeceased by her great grandson Colton. She is survived by her sisters Marjorie Struthers of Cherry Valley, Kathleen Bowers of Niagara Falls, Betty Breakenridge of Picton and her brothers Ronald Bowers of Belleville and Walter Bowers of Roblin. Predeceased by her sisters Bernice Isenor and Margaret Miller. Mabel will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Shelley is resting at the Rushnell Funeral Home – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613-476-2450). Memorial Service in the Chapel on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 11 am with visitation for 1 hour before the service. **Please call to reserve a time for the visitation and the memorial service** Rev. Audrey Whitney officiating. Inurnment Cherry Valley Cemetery.
