It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lyle, beloved husband, father and friend on December 2nd, two days short of his 91st birthday.
Lyle will be remembered by his loving wife and best friend Iris of 64 years, his sons Dwyane (Lorriane), Jim (Sandy), daughter Sharon (Richard) and granddaughter Katherine (Nick), step-grandson Trevor (Yuko). He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Christena, and brother Vernon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories in memory of Lyle. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Citadel Care Centre, in the Athabasca neighbourhood, who cared for Lyle.
A celebration of Lyle’s life will be at the St. Albert Funeral Home, St. Albert, on December 18, 2021, at 10 a.m.
