Luis Melo – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at St Andrews Terrace, Cambridge on Sunday, October 3rd at the age of 88.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Jose Melo, and his children, Luisa (Paul), Joe (Maria), Lino, Victor (Liliana) and Sandra. His heart will go on through his grandchildren, Jennifer, Stephanie, Brittany, Andy, Jason, Jaydon and Beau, Great Grandchildren, Katarina and Andrea and one on the way Matteo.
Luis will be sadly missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Resting at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where family and friends will be received on Saturday, October 9th from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Corbett Funeral Home on Sunday, October 10th at 11am. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery, 750 Fountain St. N, Cambridge.
As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made Canadian Cancer society or Alzheimer society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
