of South River
Peacefully, with her loving daughters by her side, at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday May 4, 2021 in her 84th year.
Louis Hicks (nee Sararas), beloved wife of the late Alvin Hicks.
Dear mother of Susan Webster (Tom) and Fern Carpenter (George).
Loving grandmother of Melanie Stroud (Mark), Tim Webster (Nathalie), Jason Carpenter (Amber), Jennifer Moggy (Darren), Jamie Carpenter (Carrie), Jennalee Gray (Kade) and great grandmother of Emalee, Breann, Jolene, Kaylee, Easton, Brynlee, Adlee, Emmet, Hudson, late Kate, Amelia, Abby and Elliot.
Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service to celebrate the life of the late Louise Hicks will be conducted in the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel in Sundridge on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. For those wishing to attend virtually, a Zoom link will be available by emailing a request to moore@opatovskyfuneralhome.com by 12pm Monday May 10, 2021.
If desired, memorial donations to the Algonquin Grace Hospice, Sick Kids Hospital or the charity of your choice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
PLEASE NOTE: As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario attendance numbers will be restricted (10). COVID-19 protocols are in place and masks are mandatory.
