À l’Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec, le vendredi 27 août 2021, à l’âge de 79 ans et 8 mois, est décédée monsieur Louis-Gérard Maranda, époux de feu Ruth Perras, fils de feu Edouard Maranda et de feu Angélina Caron.
Le recueillement se déroulera en privé suivi de l’inhumation au cimetière de l’Assomption sous la direction la maison Roy & Giguère Inc.
Il laisse dans le deuil sa fille Johanne.
Il était le frère de : feu Patricia, feu Eddy (feu Marthe Boulet), Priscilla (Jacques Laliberté), feu Lisette, feu Maurice (Dorothée Giguère) et Ginette (Guymond Morin).
Il était le beau-frère de : Rolande (Roger Veillette), feu Raymonde (feu Jean-Louis Gignac), Rita (feu Claire Lachance), feu Réginald (Louise Ferland), Régine (Maurice Poulin), Rose (Jean-Guy Veilleux) et Réjeanne (Régis Bourque).
