Lorraine Mae Rushton March 17 2021

We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing on March 17, 2021 of Lorraine Mae Rushton, 66 of Bass River. She was the daughter of the late Randall and Emily (MacKinnon) Boggs. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her, sister Kathy Rector; and nephew, Peter Aubrey. Survived by beloved sons, Aubrey (Tiffany), Troy (Betty); and cherished granddaughter, Emily; sisters, Helen (Roger), Donna (Randy); brother, Paul; brother-in-law, Kevin, several nieces and nephews.
Lorraine deeply loved her family and friends. She will be forever remembered for her kindness and caring ways. Her generosity was beyond measure, always putting the needs of others before her own.
She worked at the Dominion Chair Company Store for several years. She was well known as a hardworking house cleaner. She enjoyed the people and her work. She was always so grateful for all the help people gave her.
Her home was a place of comfort for many, everyone was welcome. She took great pride in caring for her home, happily decorating it for every occasion and season. Many were the recipients of her delicious home-made donuts. She will be greatly missed.
Cremation has taken place.
In keeping with Lorraine’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
