Obituary of Lois Joye Bridge
BRIDGE, Lois Joye went home to be with the Lord peacefully at PeopleCare Nursing Home, Tavistock on Friday, June 11, 2021 with family by her side. Lois Bridge of Tavistock and formerly of Lion’s Head in her 85th year. Dear sister of Veryl Preidt and sister-in-law of Garfield Dunleavy, both formerly of Lion’s Head. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Margaret (nee Smith) and Clark Bridge, brother Ivor Bridge and sisters Anne Dunleavy, Norma Greig, Vera McIver, Estelle Grist and Thelma Bridge.
A private family graveside service will be conducted at the Eastnor Cemetery, Lion’s Head. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, LION’S HEAD CHAPEL, Lion’s Head. Expressions of remembrance to Lion’s Head Hospital c/o Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation would be appreciated. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family through www.georgefueralhome.com
