Lois Harris

Lois Harris September 1 1944 – October 7 2021

It is with many tears and broken hearts that the family of Lois Louise Harris announces her passing on October 7, 2021 at the age of 77. She was at her daughter’s home, surrounded by endless love, where she drifted away peacefully. She will be missed dearly. She was a mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. This is not where it ends for you my dear mother, because you will always be carried in the hearts of many. Until then the tears will come and go. Always loved and never forgotten.
Beloved mother of Bobbi Harris, and loving grandmother to her children; Daniel Jennex, Ontario, Trevin Jennex, Alberta, TeeAnnah Jennex, Nova Scotia and Benjamin Jennex, Newfoundland. She was predeceased by her mother Clara Reid, father Aubrey Reid, brother in law Alvin Moss and sister in law Lynette Reid. Left with fond and loving memories her brothers and sisters; George Reid, Aubrey Reid Jr., Audrey (Tim), Jay, Grace (Martin) Holmes, Joyce Moss, along with many nieces and nephews.
Lois was well known throughout the town of Clarenville as being someone always on the go. She always had time for a little chat and loved showing off pictures of her little Oscar, the little poodle she spoiled endlessly. He misses her desperately, as do we all. Lois loved to work, as was seen often on the highways with her crew, in the heat, and rain or even snow, it was a job she enjoyed fully.
Cremation has taken place, there will be no service as per her request. Donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or SPCA.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Lois Harris
